For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
- 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.

11:30 Your first stop on arrival at Tuan Chau Island is the Dynasty check-in lounge. You will have time to refresh yourself after the long drive from Hanoi and wait for checking-in.
12:15 After taken to the to Dynasty Cruise, you will be checked-in.While enjoying welcome drinks, you will be introduced the itinerary and safety briefing by Cruise Manager.
13:00 You will have time to savor your delicious buffet lunch and enjoy the stunning views as the boat cruises towards the southeast of Halong Bay, passing Fighting- Cock and Finger Islet.
14:45 Your next stop is the magnificent Sung Sot Cave, one of the biggest caves in Ha Long Bay with beautiful stalactites. You will be surprised by the breathtaking panoramic view across the Bay once you exit the cave as well as the stalactites and stalagmites formed over millions of years which have taken on fascinating shapes.
16:00 You have a visit to Tung Sau Pearl Farm, where you can be dedicated how to grow pearls – from culturing to harvesting. This is also an ideal destination for kayaking.

We only stayed one night, it�s a smaller boutique hotel than the other chain of their hotel (la siesta hotel and spa), and seemed to cater to older families or couples more so than the other larger hotel. The breakfast was fabulous, and the service was unbelievably considerate and accommodating. Without even asking they organized a late check out for us due to our late flight! The bed was amazing, wonderful nights sleep, and beautifully decorated rooms. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Hanoi - plus being off the old quarter center is better from a traffic perspective while also offering more boutiquey cafe and shops nearby. Preferred this area hands down!

Helpful, kind staff in beautiful hotel. Good breakfast and happy hour. Lots of free perks. Kathy and Amity were especially wonderful. Great street food lunch at the restaurant. Terrific idea for those of you who are concerned about eating street food on the street. They serve all the same items in a pristine setting. 10 minutes from the lake. Close to silk Street. Good restaurants nearby including Chaca Ca. Highly recommend.

the staff was excellent, very welcoming. Room was beautiful and clean, the honeymoon treat was a lovely gesture and we enjoyed it very much . breakfast was good. We loved the gift we received from staff at checkout, it was a lovely gesture. I would definitely visit again.

This is our first time to Hanoi and our stay at this hotel was one of the highlights of our trip. The staff was friendly and have great attention to detail. The location is close to the city center and other attractions as well as the Train Street. The spa service offered at the hotel is a must-try also. We were really delighted to have stayed at La Siesta Trendy and will definitely return next time we visit Hanoi.

I'll start with everything else, and let my review end with the best part. Hotel is rather new, the design is very sleek. The lobby all the way to inside the room were spotlessly clean. Location wise, it's on the edge of the Old Quarter, so everything is within walking distance. We enjoyed the fact that it's a quieter street. Bonus points for having a bar right opposite the hotel. Food at the breakfast spread was brilliant, quite a lot of yummy choices and just what you'd want to wake up to. We also dined at the Red Bean Restaurant for dinner, price is decent, ambiance and food was good. Finally, what made this stay so memorable and lovely was the wonderful service team at the hotel and restaurant. From the moment we stepped in, everyone has been attentive, friendly and warm. They'd pre-empt any requests we could possibly have and would see to it immediately. I was also facing some language barriers with booking tickets to a local theatre production nearby, and the team helped to purchase those tickets on our behalf instead. I definitely am recommending this place to everyone heading to Hanoi. Thank you again, EHG team! :)
